Courts: New York man handed driving ban and fine

A New York man has been banned from driving and ordered to pay a fine of £660 following a motoring offence.

Clayton Morgan Andrew Harris, 28, of Haven Bank, appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on December 11.

Harris was charged with failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

The offence took place on April 2 of this year .

Harris was disqualified from driving for six months - which was obligatory due to repeat offending - and he was ordered to pay a fine of £660, court costs of £90, and a £66 victim surcharge.
