Boston Magistrates heard that Devon Leman, 23, of Wilford Grove, who admitted the offence, was stopped in a car in which he was a passenger on December 19 and found to have two cannabis cigarettes in his possession.

Linford Fuller, mitigating, said Leman suffered from insomnia and took cannabis for that, although he was trying to reduce his usage.

Leman was fined £80 and ordered to pay £117 in court costs and charges.
