Duo jailed for numerous ‘harrowing’ child sex offences

Gary Taylor, 48, and former partner Karen McNulty, 43, both previously pleaded guilty to the offences.

Gary Taylor, formally of Adrian Close, Swineshead, was sentenced to eight years for sexual assaults on children, sexual activity in the presence of a child, causing and inciting two children into prostitution/pornography, making of indecent photographs of children, possession of indecent images of children (including extreme pornography) and voyeurism.

Karen McNulty, of Wybert Crescent, Boston, was sentenced to four years and ten months for offences of child sexual assault, sexual activity in the presence of a child and voyeurism.

The Officer investigating, DC Michelle Adamson said, “This case has been horrendous. It was a harrowing ordeal for all the victims involved and I would like to pay tribute to their bravery and assistance throughout the investigation. It is a clear message to offenders that such criminal activity will be uncovered and prosecution will follow.”

Supt Rick Hatton, Head of Lincolnshire Police Public Protection Unit said, “The investigation is a credit to the Detectives involved. Their detailed and meticulous case preparation brought Gary Taylor and Karen McNulty to court to face justice.”
