Image of man murdered in Skegness is released as investigation continues

Police have released an image of the 26-year-old man who was murdered in Skegness just before Christmas.

The investigation into the murder of Jordan Siree continues.

An investigation was launched after officers found Jordan Siree with serious injuries at a property in Glentworth Crescent following a call in the evening of December 22.

He was taken to hospital but sadly died in the early hours of the morning on December 23.

Scott Rowen, 28, of Glentworth Crescent was later charged with murder. A 30-year-old man, who was also arrested, was released without any further action.

Detective Inspector Andy McWatt, Senior Investigating Officer described the murder 'a truly tragic incident', especially because of the time of year.

“Violence like this has no place on the streets of Lincolnshire," he said. "We are continuing our investigation into this incident and continuing to appeal for witnesses. If you saw or heard anything in relation to this incident, or have any information which you think might be relevant, please contact us as soon as possible.”
