Investigations continue after alleged armed robbery at convenience store in Louth

Lincolnshire Police are continuing to investigate an alleged armed robbery at the Premier Express Store in Newmarket, Louth on Sunday (May 31).

A force spokesman said: “We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a red Fiat Punto registration - MJ54 RJV between 9am and midday on Sunday, May 31.

“We believe the car headed towards the Upgate area after it left the store.

“If anyone has CCTV, dashcam footage or any information that can assist with our investigation please contact us.”

• As previously reported, one man has already been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
