Lincolnshire Police issue fresh appeal for missing David Le-Man on one-month anniversary of his disappearance in Skegness

David, 51, vanished from Skegness beach while out walking his dog Millie on February 4. The last confirmed sighting of him occurred at around 4pm that day.

Millie was found wandering the beach around eight hours later with her lead still on.

Despite an extensive search by emergency services, Coastguard and dedicated local volunteers, no trace of David has been found.

And in a bid to jog people’s memories, the local force has now re-issued its appeal for information.

A police spokesperson said: “David is still missing. PCSOs have been out [today] at Gibraltar Point and at the car park in South Parade where David parked his car.”

“They’ve been handing out leaflets again appealing for information.”

David is described by police as being of mixed race, around six feet tall, with a shaven head. He was wearing jeans and a jacket, but was seen that day without the jacket in just a t-shirt.

A number of sightings were made of David by members of the public on the day he disappeared.

It is thought that after parking in the South Parade car park, he walked with Millie along the beach towards Gibraltar Point, although the last witness to see David spotted him walking north, back up the beach with his pet, at around 4pm.
