Louth man banned after driving under the influence of drugs
Padbury 28, of Longleat Drive, drove a motor vehicle in Grimsby on May 11 this year, while the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylegonine (cocaine breakdown product) in his bloodstream was greater than 200 microgrammes per litre, exceeding the specified limit.
Padbury appeared at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court on October 27, where he pleaded guilty to the offence.

Hide AdThe court banned Padbury from driving for 12 months, and fined him £120.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
His guilty plea was taken into account by the court when imposing its sentence.
