Louth man charged over animals’ death

A MAN from Louth has been charged by police with the offence of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal.

This follows an incident on Saturday, July 2, at an address in Upgate, Louth, during which a cat and two kittens died.

Sean Hewson, 25, of Northgate Place in Louth, will appear before Skegness Magistrates on July 26.
