Man to appear in court for assault in Ruskington
Lincolnshire Police have revealed that a 23-year-old man has been arrested following reports of sightings by residents yesterday (Thursday) of a balaclava-clad man acting suspiciously in Heckington
Ryan Ruddock, 23, was arrested by officers and charged today (Friday) with a previous assault offence from April in Ruskington.
He will appear at Lincoln Magistrates today, say police.
