Man denies assault in supermarket

A man has denied assault in a Sleaford supermarket.

Daniel Robin Neiva, 29, of Norton Street, Grantham, is accused of assaulting another man, causing actual bodily harm, in Tesco on November 13, 2015.

Grantham magistrates yesterday (Monday) adjourned the case to Lincoln Crown Court on May 9.
