Man from Sturton by Stow refused to do breath test
A man from Sturton by Stow has been banned from driving for a year. Geoffrey Bates, 69, of Saxilby Road, Sturton by Stow failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis without a reasonable excuse to do so when suspected of having driven a vehicle.
Bates was also fined £122, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
