MURDER PROBE: Police issue new images of men they want to speak to who may have witnessed Boston attack

Police have issued more pictures of people they want to speak to in relation to a murder probe in Boston.

Gediminas Vaitkus was left with serious injuries after he was assaulted in Red Lion Street in the town.

He later died in hospital as a result of the injuries and police launched a murder hunt.

One man has so far been arrested and charged with GBH in relation to the incident.

Lincolnshire Police have today issued images of two men they would like to speak to as part of the investigation.

It is believed they may have witnessed the incident, which took place on July 28 at around 6pm.

Police say Mr Vaitkus, 43, died on August 2.

They say they believe the two men pictured may have vital information that can assist with the investigation.

“We would like these men to contact us. If you know who these men are please let us know,” a police spokesperson said.

Police had earlier issued an image of a man at a shop counter they believed may also have witnessed the incident.

They also appealed to anyone driving in the area at the time to check their dash cam footage from the time of the incident.
