Pair arrested for making fake reports to police

A male and female from the Harmston and Coleby area have been arrested on suspicion of attempting to pervert the course of justice, making false reports to police and wasting police time.

According to Lincolnshire Police, they have been released under investigation pending a decision from the Crown Prosecution Service.

PCSO Will Jones said: “This incident revolves around a dispute with neighbours. The offence of Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice carries a Custodial Sentence.”
