Police appeal after parking enforcement officer assaulted in Market Rasen

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: “We received a report that a parking enforcement officer had been assaulted after he issued a parking ticket in Dear Street at around 10.45am on Friday, March 6. He was also verbally abused by the man.

“The parking attendant suffered a minor injury to his chest as a result of the assault.

“We would like to speak with the man in the image who may be able to assist with our investigation.

“He is in his 20s, has short dark hair, clean shaven and was wearing a grey hooded top and blue jeans.”
