Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident of alleged dangerous driving on the A17 heading towards Holbeach.

A man was arrested in the early hours of Saturday when a black Audi A3 was stopped by police.

The car was being driven dangerously first along the A151 at Holbeach then along the A17 towards Boston before it was stopped by police at the EMMET factory just before Fosdyke Bridge.

A 27-year-old man, was arrested and later released on bail.

A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Police said: "We are appealing for any witnesses to come forward, especially motorists who may have captured dash cam footage.
