Police carry out drugs raids on Sleaford properties

Police carried out raids on two premises in Sleaford on Friday for suspected drugs.

Lincolnshire Tactical Support Team, Sleaford response officers and Sleaford Neighborhood Policing Team members were reported to have executed two warrants to enter and search addresses in Sleaford.

One of them is believed to have been at a property on Eastgate.

According to Sleaford Police, a quantity of suspected drugs was recovered and those involved at the addresses will be dealt with.

The team added: “A male was also separately arrested at one address for two fail to appear warrants issued for his arrest from Lincoln Magistrates Court.”

One of the key current priorities for Sleaford policing team is to continue to build up an intelligence picture for further enforcement action against drug dealing.
