Police give update after alleged assault on an elderly man in Louth
Lincolnshire Police have today (November 5) given an update following an alleged assault on an elderly man in Louth last week.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: “We issued an image last week to identify a man we wanted to speak to in connection with an alleged assault on October 27 on Rosemary Lane in Louth. We have now identified the man pictured who came forward and spoke to officers at Louth police station.
The police spokesman added: “The investigation is ongoing.”
As previously reported, the alleged incident took place at around 10.30am on October 27. The alleged victim did not suffer any injuries.
