Police hand out fines after lockdown breaches near Woodhall Spa
Eight people have been fined a total of £1,600 for lockdown breaches after being found ‘camping and partying’ overnight in woodland near Woodhall Spa.
Police visited Ostlers Plantation after receiving reports from members of the public
Officers handed out eight fixed penalty fines.
In a message posted on the police Next Door website, PCSO Nigel Wass said the eight ‘thought it was acceptable to breach Covid laws putting people at risk’.
No further details are available at present but police have thanked the public for their support.
