Police investigate ‘Covid lies’ graffiti in Louth

Lincolnshire Police are investigating after ‘Covid lies’ graffiti was spray-painted on a wall in Louth earlier this week.

A police spokesman said: “Between 3pm on Monday November 16, and 9am on Tuesday November 17, a boundary wall on St Mary’s Lane in Louth has been sprayed with the words ‘Covid Lies’.

“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen any suspicious vehicles or people in the area within the relevant timescales or have any information regarding the criminal damage.”

The latest incident comes just two weeks after reports on social media regarding similar graffiti in Crowtree Lane, Louth.
