Police investigating assaults in Sleaford seek people from CCTV footage
There have been developments in a police investigation into an incident where a man was assaulted in Sleaford twice in the same night last month.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson has said that the investigation into a man being assaulted twice, on Tofts Lane and then again near the Marquis of Granby in the town is progressing.

It was previously reported that between 11.30pm on Monday, November 4 and 1am on Tuesday, November 5, a man was assaulted by two males as he was walking from The Packhorse Inn, Northgate, to Tofts Lane.
Following this assault he walked back in the direction of The Marquis of Granby when he was assaulted by the same males, on Tofts Lane, before they walked off.
“From viewing further CCTV footage we are now appealing for three people who were in the area at the time to get in touch,” said the spokesperson in an update today (Friday).
“The footage shows three people walking in the area of the Marquis of Granby in the early hours on Tuesday November 5.
“Two people were walking behind a group of men/women, they are all walking in the direction of Carre’s (Grammar) School in Northgate. This is around 12.20am.
“A third person is then seen on CCTV walking back towards the direction of the Marquis of Granby shortly after 12.30am,” they said.
“If you believe this could be you, or if you have information that could assist our investigation into any part of these assaults, which happened between Tofts Lane or Pack Horse Inn please get in touch.”
