Police raid council property in Sleaford suspected of link to county lines drugs gang

Police have raided a council flat in Sleaford and arrested two men believed to be linked to county lines drugs gangs.

Officers carried out a warrant on a property in Riverside Close yesterday (Thursday) at 3.15pm, following information that drugs were at the address.

Heroin, cocaine and cash were found and officers believe this could be linked to county lines organised crime operations.

“Two men aged 18 and 42 were arrested and remain in custody,” said a police spokesman.

The council properties are at the bottom of Jermyn Street, close to Kesteven and Sleaford High School. The flats are mainly designated for tenants that are elderly or have disabilities.
