Police seek woman who offered 10-year-old sweets and kissed her on cheek

Details of the incident that took place near the Job Centre on Wainfleet Road around 8.10am on Friday, January 24, have just been released by Lincolnshire Police.

After the incident, the girl managed to run away from the woman.

The woman is described as around 60-years-old and was wearing a long coat and pushing a trolley style shopping basket with black and white lettering on it.
