Police seize drugs and cash in Sleaford area raid

Drugs and cash were seized in a police raid on a property in the Sleaford area on Monday.

According to Pc Martin Derbyshire of Sleaford Neighbourhood Policing Team, officers from his team, Lincolnshire Tactical Support Team, Lincolnshire Wildlife Officer and Lincolnshire police dog section executed a drug warrant at Whitehouse Road, Ruskington.

He said in a post on his social media feed: “Three persons were arrested and are assisting police with their enquiries after a quantity of drugs and cash were located.”

The two men, aged 26 and 35, and a woman aged 31 were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug.

They have been released under investigation while enquiries are ongoing.
