Spilsby woman admits causing the death of Stickney motorcyclist

A woman admitted causing the death of Lincolnshire motorcyclist David Cook when she appeared before Lincoln Crown Court today, Wednesday March 9.

Katie Wright, 34, of Spilsby Meadows, Spilsby, pleaded guilty to causing the death of Mr Cook by driving carelessly on Main Street, Langrick, on June 17, 2015.

Recorder Stuart Sprawson adjourned the hearing for the preparation of a probation report and Wright was granted unconditional bail to appear back before the Crown Court for sentence later this month

Mr Cook, 54, from Stickney died after the motorcycle he was riding was in collision with a car on the afternoon of June 17.
