Teen arrested after man suffers serious head injury in Boston

The man – who is aged in his 40s – was assaulted in Red Lion Street at about 6.15pm.

He was taken to Queen’s Medical Centre, in Nottingham, Lincolnshire Police have said.

An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remains in custody.

Lincolnshire Police said he will be questioned in due course, adding that investigations are ongoing.

Any witnesses are asked to call the force on 101, quoting incident 375 of July 28.
