Thieves attempt to steal cash machine from Sainsbury's in Woodhall Spa

A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said the raiders forced their way into the building so they could access the cash point from behind at around 1.20am on Sunday morning (March 15).

“Fortunately they were unsuccessful, and no money was stolen,” they said.

“Officers are now trying to track down those responsible for damaging the premises and are asking the public for help.

“We believe a black Audi RS4 was involved and four people wearing masks and holding tools were spotted at the scene.”
