Third person charged with murder of Marcin Stolarek appears in court

A  third person charged with the murder of Marcin Stolarek appeared before Lincoln Crown Court this afternoon (Mon).

Lukasz Ferenc, 27, of Windsor Bank, Boston, is accused of the murder of 41-year-old Mr Stolarek between 28 November and 12 January.

He spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth and nationally. There was no application for bail and he was remanded in custody to appear back in court on 21 February for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

A man and a woman have previously appeared in court charged with murder and another man has been charged with perverting the course of justice.

The charges follow the discovery of the body of Mr Stolarek in the South Forty Foot Drain near to a pumping station at Chain Bridge Road, Boston, on 12 January this year.
