Three arrested in connection with theft of bespoke cars from Cadwell Park

Three men have been arrested after police recovered one of two bespoke cars stolen from Cadwell Park race circuit.

The men are aged 30, 34 and 50 and they have been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

The recovered vehicle is a BMW X5 that was being used as a medical car at the circuit.

Police were called in after the X5 and BMW M240i (safety car) were taken shortly after midnight on Tuesday, January 26.

The vehicles have a combined value of over £100,000 and officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
