Two men arrested and caravan stolen in Gainsborough recovered

Two men have been arrested after a caravan stolen in Gainsborough was recovered by police officers.

Investigations into the theft, which happened in the Lea Road area of Gainsborough, at some point at the end of October/start of November, and associated burglaries, led Lincolnshire Police to a site off the A57 at Kettlethorpe, on November 24.

Working with a drone operator, officers located the stolen caravan and arrested two men, aged 28 and 36, both from Gainsborough, on suspicion of theft and on suspicion of burglary.

The men have been released on bail.
