Unnamed officer to face misconduct hearing over alleged colleague misconduct

A police officer whose name and location have not been disclosed will face a misconduct hearing next month.

The officer, referred to as Officer A, is accused of breaching professional standards of Authority, Respect and Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct.

Lincolnshire Police say it is alleged that on October 9 2024, while on a social night out, Officer A engaged in unwanted sexual conduct towards a junior female colleague.

If proven, the behaviour could undermine public confidence in the police and amounts to gross misconduct.
