UPDATED: Fourth man appears in court charged with murder of Marcin Stolarek
Artur Klosowski, 30, of Witham Place, Boston, was arrested in the Republic of Ireland on October 26 and brought back to the UK.

Hide AdHe has been charged with murder, assisting an offender and preventing lawful and decent burial of a dead body.
Klosowski appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on December 1 and appeared at Lincoln Crown Court by video link today.
No pleas were entered and Klosowski spoke only to confirm his name.

Hide AdThe body of Marcin, a 46-year-old Polish national, was found in South Forty Foot Drain, Boston, on January 12 this year.
Four people have already been charged in connection with the incident.
Adam Kaminski, 27, of Union Court Boston; Justyna Swiatek, 27, also of Union Court; and Lukasz Ferenc, 28, of Windsor Bank, Boston, have all been charged with murder.

Hide AdAdam Maksajda, 34, of Blacksmiths Grove, Fishtoft, has been charged with perverting the course of justice.
The defendants were due to face trial at Lincoln Crown Court, starting on January 4, but it will now be delayed due to the coronavirus restrictions.
The trial will now be heard at Leicester Crown Court starting on July 5.

Hide AdAll five defendants will next appear at Lincoln Crown Court for a pre trial review hearing on 8 February.
Judge John Pini QC remanded Klosowski back into custody until his next court appearance.
Police are continuing to appeal for information into Marcin’s killing.
