Cyclists must keep bright
CYCLISTS in Rotherham will be able to collect free hi-visibility vests from council run libraries.
The South Yorkshire Safer Roads Partnership is urging pedestrians and cyclists to be bright and make themselves visible as the darker nights draw in.
