Dance your way to health at workshops

Over 40s have the chance to keep fit and socialise without a gym membership with new dance sessions which began this month.

For those feeling a little unfit and lacking exercise then Isle Dance for Health’s October and November workshops might be the thing to help.

Organiser Peter Barnard said: “Perhaps you feel that signing up for a gym membership is not for you but you want to try something a bit different that’s not too strenuous.

“Isle Dance for Health could be just the thing for you.”

Sessions take place on Thursdays at St Andrew’s Church in Epworth on October 23, 30 and November 6, and at Crowle Pavilion, Godnow Road, on November 13, 20 and 27.

Each dance starts at 2.30pm and last for about two hours. Admission is £2 for each session.
