“As Mark was a great lover of the outdoors, we saw this challenge as fitting way to raise money to help finish the memorial garden that he deserves and to create a lasting reflection of a man who gave so much to so many,” said Melissa.

“Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and we hope you get the opportunity to see the garden flourish, knowing that you’ve helped make the change in the memory of a great role model.”

The girls will take on their challenge on September 3 and have set up a JustGiving page for donations at www.mydonate.bt.com/events/3peakschallengemarklovett/222393

They have also created a YouTube video that gives a background of the garden who Mark Lovett was to those at Dinnington, which can be watched at http://youtu.be/bNQnEMNibrI
