Dispersal order placed around Boston McDonalds following '˜series of incidents'
Police placed a dispersal order in the area around McDonalds following a series of incidents with youths gathering there in numbers, causing problems for staff and refusing to leave.
A police spokesman said the dispersal order was put in place following the incidents ‘so that we had a power to stop them loitering around the car park causing ASB etc.’
They said: “ A couple of individuals were dealt with under public order/ASB legislations, the rest dispersed, and we had no repeat over the weekend as a result.”
The dispersal order lasted until Monday morning.
