Doncaster nurse shortlisted in a prestigious award

Gemma Faulkner, pictured, is a staff nurse who works for Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) and she has been shortlisted for a Leadership in Healthcare Award for work on an asthma pilot scheme.

The scheme is aimed at school children and how asthma is managed within the school environment. The awards are run by NHS England.

Christina Harrison, Assistant Director at RDaSH, said: “To be shortlisted for this award is a fantastic achievement. The RDaSH team will be keeping everything crossed that Gemma carries off this award on the night.”
