Egg-cellent fun during Easter at the NCCD

Lots of activities will be held at Sleaford's National Centre for Craft and Design (NCCD) throughout Easter.

From Saturday, April 1, to Sunday, April 16, free workshops will run between 10am and 5pm, with 3D Makerbot from the University of Lincoln, where visitors can see 3D objects printed, and even take some home.

There will be a chance to decorate your own crockery with ceramacist Kate McBride from 11am to 3pm for £12 each on Saturday, April 1, and Saturday, April 15.

You can also decorate cafe crockery for free on Monday, April 17, from 11am to 3pm.

On Tuesday, April 4, from 10am to 2pm, visitors can design a 3D printed sweet. The two best entries will be printed on Tuesday, April 11, by The Magic Candy Factory.

Grace Du Prez leads a 3D printing demonstration from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, April 8, where she creates artwork for The Good, The Bad and The Beautiful.

On Sunday, April 10, there will be a 3D workshop for young people between 12 and 25 from 10am to 4pm. It costs £20 per person, with refreshments and materials included.

From 10am to 2pm on Tuesday, April 11, visitors can bring clothes with small holes in, and create patches to repair them in a workshop.
