Electrical fault causes house fire in Freiston
The contents of a study were badly damaged by fire at a house in Frieston this morning.
The fire broke out at a house in Rowan Field, near Freiston Post Office, at about 8.50am.
Fire crews from Boston and Leverton wearing breathing apparatus used a water hose reel and ventilators to deal with the fire which damaged a portable light and other items inside the study.
There was also damage to the rest of house after a short circuit in the light started the fire.
