Woman in her 80s dies after A16 collision

Lincolnshire Police have confirmed that a woman in her 80s has died following a two-car collision on the A16 nearby Grainsby on Thursday (November 13).
The collision was reported just after 2.30pm, said police, and involved the drivers of a green Mazda and a silver Renault Clio.
The driver of the Clio died, according to a police statement, which said: “We are saddened to confirm that a woman in her 80s has died following a collision on the A16 at Grainsby.”
They added: “We are now appealing for information that can help progress our inquiries.”
