Diversions in place as repairs to Roman Bank in Skegness resume
Diversions have been put in pace as reconstruction of a major road through Skegness resumes.
Roman Bank, which has been closed in parts since September, was re-opened over Christmas and the New Year to keep people moving during the holidays.

However, the ,major reconstruction works resumed on Monday, January 4.
So far, Phases 1 and 2 are complete. Coun Richard Davies, executive member for highways at Lincolnshire County Council, said: "The team has been working tirelessly since starting in September, so pausing the works over the holidays gave them a much-needed break to spend time with their families.

"Our works here are continuing ahead at a strong and steady pace, and the team will be ready to continue that momentum in the new year, with a view to having the road fully back open by Easter."
The £4.8m scheme is being co-funded by £3.6m from the Department for Transport's Challenge Fund and £1.2m from Lincolnshire County Council.
Phases 3 sees footway works under temporary traffic signals and there will be full road closure during Phase 4. Phases 5 and 6 will follow.
The official diversion route for the whole scheme is via the A52 / C541 / A158 at the Gunby dual carriageway, and vice versa. The diversion route doesn't change as the works move up Roman Bank.
