PUBLIC NOTICES: Roadworks across Lincolnshire to cause temporary restrictions
Lincolnshire County Council has announced a series of temporary road closures and traffic restrictions across the county over the coming weeks as essential works take place.
The works, scheduled on roads in towns and villages including Boston, Spilsby, Marshchapel, Glentham, Algarkirk, North Willingham, Claxby St Andrew, and Frampton, are expected to last from one day to several weeks depending on the location.
The council says access will be maintained to properties along the affected roads, but motorists should expect delays. Alternative routes will be clearly signed.
Key roads affected and published in Public Notices include:

Church Lane, Wrangle – closure expected around January 19, for approximately 3 days.
Hallgarth, Marshchapel – works from January 15, approximately 9 days.
Fen Road & Old Hammond Beck Bank Road, Frampton – closures from January 15, around 44 days.
Witham Place, Boston – works from January 15, expected 23 days.
Station Road/Main Street, Screddington – closure from January 14, around 17 days.

Reynard Street, Spilsby – closure from January 12, 19 days.
Candlesby Road, Claxby St Andrew – closure from January 12, 16 days.
The council says the temporary restrictions are necessary to allow for safe works adjacent to or on the roads, and will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.
Residents and road users are encouraged to plan journeys in advance and follow all signage to avoid delays.
