VIDEO - Two foxes play with a snowman in adorable winter scenes at Lincoln Cathedral
Two foxes were captured playing with a snowman in the grounds of Lincoln Cathedral in stunning winter scenes.
Photographer Andrew Scott spotted the animals chasing after each other in the snow in the early hours of today (Monday, January 5).
In a series of adorable pictures, the foxes started jumping on top of a snowman which had been built by children earlier.
In one shot one of the playful foxes leapt at the snowman with both paws.

In another the pair can be seen rolling around as they played together in the snow.
Andrew, 50, from Lincoln, said: "It was about 1am that I spotted them.
"We don't get snow very often in Lincolnshire so I went to the cathedral to get some photos. That's when I saw them.
"I saw one to start with walking past the cathedral, then quickly realised there were two.

"They trotted away and then suddenly came back to the cathedral grounds where there was a snowman that some kids had built.
"They seemed really intrigued with it and were jumping up at the head.
"Within minutes they'd knocked the head and body of it and were playing around with it.
"I've never seen foxes do that before, they were so tame.

"I knew there were foxes around but had never seen them before. We're really not famed for our foxes, so it was a pleasant surprise.
"I was there for about half an hour, they are quite young and it was really lovely to watch them befriend this snowman."
