The virtual exhibition begins at 6pm, and the theme is ‘The Faces of Climate’, a portrait exhibition honouring the climate scientists and activists.

Those who wish to ‘attend’ will need to visit http://bit.ly/FacesofClimateExhibition after the start time to access the exhibition.

Biff Vernon, artistic director at Lincolnshire Time and Tide Bell CIC, said: “Display the document on the largest screen available.

“Serve small glasses of the cheapest wine and orange juice you have. No need to chill the white, the gallery doesn’t have a fridge.

“Empty a packet of potato crisps or, preferably, mixed root vegetable crisps, into a bowl and keep within reach.

“If you want to make small talk about the exhibits, or anything else, with others at the exhibition, even perfect strangers, go to our Facebook group at www.facebook.com/groups/TimeandTideBellLincolnshire/

“For ambient background music please choose Carrie Tree, whose gentle songs speak to the importance of love for Nature and each other, and contrast it with the works of French heavy metal band, Gojira, whose lyrics express our anger at the destruction humankind has inflicted upon the natural environment.

“The works of two of our artists, Jane Heighton and Varjavan Dastoor, are inspired by their music.”
