Esso Station robbery accused pleads not guilty at crown court

A man alleged to have robbed an Esso Service Station in Boston pleaded not guilty at Lincoln Crown Court on Monday.

Simon Patrick O’Connor, 35, of no fixed abode, made the plea to charges of robbery and possession of a bladed article.

He was granted bail with the case adjourned for trial on March 27, 2017.

The case is also to be re-listed on November 28 for O’Connor to confirm his address.

The incident is alleged to have taken place at the Artillery Row station at 5am on October 13.
