Family fun open weekend at fitness centre

The event takes place from Friday evening to Sunday, with activities each day.

Members and non-members are welcome to join in the fun-packed weekend, starting with a spinning taster on Friday at 5.45pm, followed by body attack and body pump.

There will be a first aid demonstration to keep your children safe by Lincolnshire Fire Service at noon on Saturday and free 15 or 30-minute gym and swim classes on Saturday morning, including spinning, body combat, grit cardio and clubbercise.

There will be a fun day of activities for the family, with children’s face painting from 11.45am, a barbecue served by Manor Farm from 11am to 2pm, children’s fun and games from 11.45am and a children’s mini Olympics from 1pm.

There will be more free gym and swim classes from 9am on Sunday and a football team tournament from 11.45am (£10 entry per team).
