“Although she was so young she lived a very full and remarkable life.

“Courtney was raised in Kentucky USA, and returned to England with her family - Dad Trevor, Mom Ginny, and twin sisters Amy and Emma.

“(She) attended Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in Horncastle, later going on to complete a degree in Events Management at Sheffield Hallam University.

“Courtney worked at Disneyland, Florida, and was an events manager at the time of her death. She also had a lovely singing voice and sang all the time.

“She brought light, joy and a smile to everyone she met and will be greatly missed by her family, friends and colleagues.”

The collision happened near the Willoughton junction. Four vehicles are involved, a red Mercedes HGV, a black Renault Clio, an orange BMW, and a red MG car.

Today, Lincolnshire Police put out a fresh appeal for witnesses - particularly a supermarket delivery driver who is understood to have been near the scene.

A police statement said: “We would like to speak to the driver of a delivery van who helped people at the scene following this collision.

“It is believed that he worked for Asda or Morrisons. The driver had left the scene before police arrived.

“It’s really important to stress that we are not treating this person as a suspect, but as a witness who may have information that may prove important to the investigation. If you were the delivery driver, or can help with our investigation, please contact us.”
