Festive event at museum
BASSETLAW Museum will be holding a Christmas Crank-up this Saturday (22nd December) with plenty of festive fun for all the family.
The Handbell Ringers from Blyth will set the tone with a few Christmas tunes, you can find out what Christmas was like in Medieval times, and there will be a ‘Generation Game’.
There will also be some festively themed vintage tractors on show after they have paraded through Retford at lunchtime and plenty of mince pies and carol singing along the way.
