Fire crews save '˜Moo Moo' from South Somercotes dyke
Fire crews have rescued a 22-year-old highland cow called Moo Moo from a dyke in South Somercotes this morning (Wednesday).
A crew from North Somercotes and an animal rescue team from Louth, attended the scene in Billings Gate shortly before 10am today.
The crews used strops and a farmer’s teleporter to release the uninjured cow from the dyke.
