Fire in Ranskill

FIRE crews were called to a blaze in Ranskill yesterday (Monday).

Emergency services received a call to Access Road in Ranskill, Retford at 2.43pm on Monday 29th August.

Two fire crews from Retford, two from Worksop, one from Harworth and one from Misterton attended the scene where they found two large pallets well alight.

That evening, the pallets had burnt out but crews from Worksop and Retford were still in attendance.

A Notts Fire and Rescue spokesman said that they would continue to inspect the scene.
