Firefighters attend car fire on A1
Firefighters battled a car fire on the A1 near Worksop this afternoon.
A car caught fire around 2pm today (Sunday, April 23) near the Blyth roundabout.
Crews from Worksop used two hose reel jets and breathing apparatus to extinguish the blaze.
Police were also on the scene to divert traffic away from the scene.
Although the car was severely damaged, nobody is thought to have been hurt in the incident.
